Communication design is no longer just about ‘communicating the message’ but rather ‘what, why, how and to whom is the message being communicated’. A paradigm shift in the way technologies function is leading to a shift not only in our way of thinking but in our design processes, methodologies and communication.
Through the analysis and exploration of two case studies set within different areas of the wider community, this project aimed to locate gaps, offer new perspectives for engagement and create outcomes that would be of benefit.
